These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://tolja.ai and the Tolja mobile application (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tolja Inc. ("Tolja," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Tolja is an investment insights marketplace that allows users to share and access trading insights. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account by providing your email address, phone number, and other information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date.
By providing your phone number and creating an account on Tolja, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Tolja for the following purposes:
Messages are sent only in response to user-initiated actions. We do not send recurring, promotional, or marketing messages via SMS. Message frequency depends on your account activity (e.g., login attempts, password resets). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS verification codes and may need to use alternative authentication methods.
Help: For assistance with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message or contact us at contact@tolja.ai.
Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Tolja is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues.
We support standard STOP and HELP keywords for SMS compliance in accordance with CTIA guidelines.
You are solely responsible for any content you post, share, or transmit through the Service. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Tolja Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service provides a platform for sharing investment insights and information. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All investment decisions are made at your own risk. Tolja does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content shared on the platform. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tolja Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from investment decisions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
